AMS and Associates, in business for over 25 years, is a consulting organization with a focus on quality/process improvement and quality decision making. Through accessing a network of colleagues, we have the capacity to complete both large scale and small projects on time and on budget. Alice Strachan, principal of AMS and Associates is also certified in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and is a Chartered Community Mediator (CCMed). She is also ProSci certified in Change Management.

Alice has also been a Certified Professional Facilitator (CPF) since 2010 and currently acts as a CPF Assessor for the International Association of Facilitators. She is also a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and one of the few LEGO Serious Play certified facilitators in Canada.
